Ten On Ten (Redux) – Legacy Five

legacyfive2002heritagetwomax (275x263)This week the ten on ten (redux) will re-visit Legacy Five. On February 28th, 2012, I presented the original ten on ten feature for Legacy Five highlighting the group’s ten best albums. Since that time, the group released Count Your Blessings (2012), On Tour (2013), Great Day (2014) and Talkin About Heaven (2015).  One of these albums changed the original top ten list of the group’s ten best albums.  This redux feature will also shine the spotlight on the three lowest ranking albums of the group’s career thus far.  First, the original list highlighting Legacy Five’s ten best recordings.

  1. It is interesting that only one release from the last five years made your list and that most of the “best” came from the Dustin-Seamn years. I concur. Of course, the passing of Roger left a huge void.

  2. I agree that “Great Day” belongs in the top ten, but I would not have removed “A Wonderful Life”. That recordings it probably my second or third favorite Legacy Five album. I agree that “London” is still their best recording but “A Wonderful Life” and “Live In Music City” are right behind it.
